About Rylan

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, warm, and fun. I like working with kids because I have the privilege of being 11 years older than my younger sister. I got to watch her grow and be a part of developing her skills and nurturing her and it was the most fulfilling time of my life. I have a gift in being able to understand, empathize and make children feel connected and safe and I love being able to be that person for a child as well as someone families can trust. I would be eager to take on household chores, as well as meal prep or anything to make the families i'm working for life's easier. I want to feel connected to the families i'm working for and let them see the genuine care I have for their children and how much I appreciate their trust. One thing you should know about me is I love to go above and beyond for the people I work for. I will make an effort to get to know your families wants and needs and will always make them my priority.
