Rylan was an answer to prayer for our family. When my husband and I had to travel back to Virginia unexpectedly for a month, Rylan stepped in as our very first nanny for our 3mos son and made it so much easier than we expected. She listened closely to our needs and routines and followed through with genuine care. If she wasn't sure about something, she'd check in rather than guess, and she provided a recap of how things went at the end of the day. She often noticed small details and asked thoughtful questions, showing how attentive she was to our son. She kept him engaged with picture books, practiced bottle feeding and grasping skills, and did tummy time. She was also reliable about letting us know when she was on her way. Rylan is warm, dependable, and clearly cares deeply about the kids she watches. We'd welcome her back without hesitation and recommend her wholeheartedly.
