Hi, my name is Ryan. I am 20 and I have been caring for children and young adults for over 9 years now. I have experience with all ages of children, needs, and abilities. I have worked directly with newborns and premature infants who have special needs and care plans and I have worked alongside many other children and teens with special needs and abilities. While in high school I worked with the special education department as much as I could and interacted with teens and kids with varying diagnoses. I work well with people of all ages and I am a fast learner who is willing to learn about new diagnoses and care plans. I am extremely dedicated to providing the best care I can and ensuring the happiness of those I work with! I am currently attending CTC for a degree in Social Work!
