I am a Master's student in Kinesiology and Lifestyle Medicine at UNF. I am also a member of the UNF track & field team. I previously nannied and babysat for families with children from ages 3-12 while in high school for 2 years. For the past 2 years I have worked at Brain Balance Achievement Center as a developmental coach for kids ages 4-18 with developmental disabilities such as autism, ADHD, OCD, emotional regulation. I am extremely passionate about health and living life to the fullest. I love caring for kids because their natural energy and creativity inspires me. As an athlete and avid gamer, I am comfortable encouraging kids to get outside and play more or creating fun games to play indoors. I am very health-conscious and have extensive education about nutrition and wellness, so I can cater to any dietary needs/preferences!
