About Ryan

For three years I served for the Peace Corps in Peru as a special education facilitator and a youth development volunteer. As a volunteer working with the community of special needs I also had the chance to work with those who had physical disabilities and the elderly community of Peru, because these communities all fall under the same umbrella of programs in Peru. During my third year I began to work even closer with the elderly community of Chachapoyas, Peru. I aided the community in various therapies to strengthen their bodies to continue practicing their daily activities. I enjoyed this experience greatly and I am considering geriatrics Occupational Therapy as my future Master's program.
