Ryan was a summer nanny for our two girls, age 6 and 8, and we had a wonderful experience with her. She bonded with the kids right away, and there seemed to be a good mix between playing with them (including coming up with awesome crafts & activities for them), supervising their independent play or having just the 2 kids play together, and taking the kids to parks, playgrounds, zoo, etc. She kept screen time to our limits (1 hr/day, unless special movie days, etc.) She was always on time, and able to be flexible with hours, too - if there was an extra day or extended hours we wanted date night, etc.
