I have been caring for little ones for 14 years, helped long term for small and large families, cared for babies and toddlers at a preschool, and supervised recreation and activities at various youth camps. Ryann has been taking care of our kids, ages 5 and 2 throughout the summer and occasionally on weekends for date nights. The kids took to her instantly and they always have a great time with her. She is always looking to engage them in different activities throughout the day such as taking walks, exploring nature, swimming, puzzles, play dough, painting, reading, sidewalk chalk, etc. She does a great job of cleaning up the kitchen after meals (as the kids can certain be messy) and encourages the kids to eat and try new things. She also helps to make sure our dog is taken care of. Ryann is always on time and has a flexible schedule when needed. She is resourceful, creative, patient, reliable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
