About Ruthy

I currently provide care for clients with Parkinson's, Dementia, TBI and recent surgeries. Additionally, I care for the terminally ill as an End-of-Life Doula. I am Alzheimer's Certified, End-of-Life Care Certified and End-of-Life Doula Certified. An EOLD is a non-medical professional trained to care for a terminally ill person's physical, emotional, and spiritual needs during the death process. I provide support care in the last stages of life limiting illness. I recognize dying as a normal process of living with focus on the quality of life for both the dying and their caregivers. I strive to create a sacred and peaceful environment. The support provided helps to avoid caregiver burnout and fatigue. I provide educational resources, oversee legacy projects and assist with setting up angel vigils. I travel those last months, weeks and days with your loved one and YOU! It is an honor and a privilege to serve my clients and their families.
