About Ruth

Hello! I'm a sophomore at UW Madison studying Nursing! I'm looking to watch some children this spring/summer while I'm on break! I'd describe my personality as bubbly, patient, and easy-going! I'm the oldest child and cousin on both sides of my family, so I've been surrounded by young children my whole life. I started officially babysitting in 6th grade, so I have 8 years of babysitting experience. I've also worked with children in other ways, such as coaching recreational track and helping at summer programs! I've babysat for children of all ages with many types of personalities, interests, and routines, so I've gotten to know many children over the years. I love forming close bonds with all the children I babysit and learning their hobbies along with them! I'm looking for a job that I can get to via biking, walking, or taking public transportation, as I do not have a car on campus. Ideally I will be able to get to work and take children to any activities without a vehicle.
