I highly recommend Ruthanne! She is very experienced, professional, dependable, and always on time. I feel completely comfortable trusting her with my daughter and will definitely hire her again. What really stands out is how proactive she is. Without being asked, she helps organize the play space, tidy the fridge, and take care of light housekeeping. She also takes initiative to keep my child appropriately entertained and engaged throughout the day—singing songs, reading books, and teaching baby signs. Ruthanne is very knowledgeable about childcare and is always able to answer my questions. When I mentioned that my child was having some constipation issues, she suggested some dietary options and even prepared a large batch of food for me to freeze and use later. She was also wonderful with my 14-month-old daughter, taking her to the community center and keeping me updated throughout the day about her schedule and activities. Ruthanne goes above and beyond what I expect from a babysitter. She is experienced, thoughtful, communicative, and genuinely takes initiative to make things easier for our family.
