We hired Ruth as a full-time nanny during the pandemic, when we wanted to pull our youngest child out of daycare. She did a great job with setting up a daily structure, and taking care of our older child as well. She also adapted to an unexpected change, when we temporarily had to take custody of our nephew, who has mild autism, for a couple of months. She did great with everything and our kids still talk about her and miss her!
