About Ruby

-I am so happy to get started first of all and offering my services to new families! - I've been babysitting for just family from age 14-16, and got my first daycare job at age 17. I worked at the Highland High School daycare for about a year, in which I worked with children of ages 5 months-5 yrs. - During my time at Highland daycare, I learned how to lesson plan, coordinate classrooms activities. - I currently work at the Ukids East Village daycare. I mainly work with children of 5 months- 36 months, but of course open to all ages! - I am currently attending the University of Utah, and so far I have taken two courses of Family Consumer science; specific to infant and toddlers. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, outgoing, and ambitious! I like working with kids because I love celebrating small victories of a child's developmental process and seeing them flourish. I as well just love being around children and engaging and being apart of their learning and activities!
