Hi, my name is Ruby and I am a first year masters student at UCSD studying marine biology! I also minored in biomechanical engineering and math, and am prepared to help with homework! I love kids and have extensive experience as a camp counselor at both day camps and sleep away camps. Additionally I have experience caring for infants and babies. I am CPR certified (renewed October 2025) and also have my own car. I am independent, calm under pressure, and confident in my ability to tackle any challenge thrown my way. I have experience working with family members with special needs and who are neurodivergent and have a lot of patience. I love animals and grew up around pets from dogs and cats, to rabbits and snakes! Hobbies include sailing, camping, hiking, and really anything outdoors.
