About Ruby

I'd describe my personality as funny, kind, and a little quirky. I like working with kids because I enjoy teaching them the skills they won't really remember learning but they will apply everyday for the rest of their lives. For example how to check in on a friend when you've accidentally hurt them, potty training, & taking deep breaths to calm down. I'm looking for a job that lets me be outside with the kiddos! The first time I worked with children I was an assistant at a Sunday school program for my foster mom. In my spare time, I like to exercise, watch movies, try new recipes, and hang out with my cat. One thing you should know about me is I am looking forward to teaching your child how to do things themselves! My skills include emotional regulation, sanitation, and getting rowdy toddlers to sleep.
