About Ruby

I'd describe my personality as enthusiastic, diligent, and thorough. I like working with kids because I believe they have as much to teach us as we do them! I'm looking for a job that gives me the tools to succeed. I am excited about the prospect of engaging with kids through arts and crafts, play time, and other modes! I started working with kids when I was 14! I began by babysitting family friends, and then continued on to work at a preschool summer camp, a volunteer teacher for middle schoolers and high schoolers, and a tutor for various ages. In my spare time, I like to run, knit, and cook! One thing you should know about me is that I will always put in the extra effort to do things well rather than taking the easiest way out. I will always do what is best for your kids, even if it means doing extra. My skills include ability to listen to the needs of children while ensuring their safety and adhering to rules set by parents, patience, and enthusiasm!
