Hi! My name is Ruby. I'm originally from Los Angeles and am residing in Phoenix to learn more about the art of baking! I used to work at a hospitality center for those experiencing homelessness. This job was extremely formative in my approach to human care. Each of us wants to be loved, known and listened to. And this is all the more true for the child. I also learned the about the importance of play and fun daily life. Children bring such a new perspective on life that is helpful us adults that can get caught up in the hurdles of everyday life. I believe in the importance is having a listening posture towards and allow the child to share their needs. It would be a gift to help your family with caring for the little ones!
