Very disappointed in Rubina. At first, she seemed very attentive-we exchanged messages on care.com then a few text messages that led up to a actual interview. Rubina seemed great during the interview. I explained to her that she would work primarily with my son that has special needs and would be his respite worker. We worked out all of the details and she said YES to the position. After, interview she was responding to my texts every few days and not sending me any references to which we agreed to. Rubina didn't send me references, questioned the background check from the respite agency and did not send me her email address to give her the paperwork to fill out for the respite position. After the back and fourth she finally texted me saying she took a night to think about it and doesn't feel like she would be a good fit. She should have never accepted the position if she was unsure. I cancelled other potential candidates because of her. Very unkind and unprofessional. STAY AWAY!
