About Ruan

Hello! My name is Ruan, and I'm a patient and dedicated caregiver with over four years of experience with children of all ages. Before working in childcare in the US, I was an elementary school teacher in Brazil. My background in education gives me a deep understanding of child development, allowing me to create a calm, safe, and nurturing environment with engaging activities and gentle structure. I also have direct experience supporting children with special needs, including Down syndrome, Autism (ASD), ADHD, OCD, and ODD, bringing an empathetic and tailored approach to each child. I am proactive and always happy to help around the house with light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, and organization to support busy families. If you are looking for a reliable, calm, and supportive caregiver, I'd love to connect!
