About Roxanne

Howdy! I have over 11 years of experience in childcare both inside the classroom and in family homes as a nanny and babysitter. I have spent the most time with kiddos below the age of 10 and as young as 3 months. I believe that my experience speaks for my capabilities as a caregiver and that my personality and patience set me apart from others. I come from a family of teachers and educators, so childcare is a personal passion of mine. My philosophy in childcare is that imagination and play cannot be neglected and that no child will be left behind. I am creative and active in my personal life and allow these things to seep into my work. Many color walks will be had and many days spent in crafts galore! I believe in taking care of our belongings and leaving a room cleaner than you found it and will teach and practice this philosophy with your kids. I will enthusiastically explore the "why's" with your kiddos because open communication is imperative to healthy development.
