About Roxanna

I'd describe my personality as attentive, nurturing, and energetic. I enjoy working with kids because I find a sense of peace when connecting with them. I'm currently in school completing my masters to become a BCBA to assess children with developmental disabilities. Children's needs are changing every day and you have to be aware of their emotional needs as much physical needs. Working with kids is a true passion of mine and drives me to work harder in being the best version of myself. I'm looking for a job that provides a safe and balanced environment, that will continue to challenge me on a high level to meeting the child's needs. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, spending time in nature, painting, reorganizing homes, and with family One thing you should know about me is that I'm a person who seeks to make a difference. My skills include emotional regulation, Planning and delivering age-appropriate educational activities, and communication.
