About Roxanna

Hi ! I am CNA with over 7 yr of experience , a nursing student , and I hold a med tech certification. I offer dedicated help with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, bathing and transportation. Im also educated in side effects of medications and fully qualified to assist with self administraton and observation. I am also higly skilled with moderate transfer and ambulation. My approach is rooted in empathy and humor when appropriate. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to connect withy clients on their level. If they experience "sundowning," confusion, or anxiety, I know how to step into their world to bring them peace. I am a natural listener and use redirection and comforting distractions to ease their mind and , or channeling my own high energy into taking a nice walk outside with them. I treat my clients like family and focus deeply on preserving their dignity.
