About Rowan

Hello! My name is Rowan and I am in my final semester of undergrad at UNC Charlotte with a double major in English and Latin American Studies. I started babysitting in my neighborhood when I was 13 years old and have loved working with children ever since. I have a 12-year-old daughter who lives in Virginia, and when she was younger I stayed home with her and cared for another family with 3 kids under 5. Some of the things I love to do with kids in my care are going on adventures (whether it be to the park, on a hike, or just to the grocery store!), doing arts and crafts, helping the kids put together performances for their families, cooking/baking, playing games, reading, doing homework/learning, playing sports, building Legos, playing board games, and playing outside.
