About Rowan

I have extensive experience working with kids and have loved every second of it! I am currently a Waldorf Kindergarten Teacher for the school year and have worked at Thorne Nature experience in Boulder this past summer/fall. I have worked a surf camp for ages 5-15 the last three summers, last year spent 5 months as personal tutor and nanny to two children, and then this past year I worked at an environmental education program on Catalina island, working with groups of ages 10-18. I love to help kids foster their love of nature, engage in imaginative play, tell stories, play music and dance, and support them with social and emotional skills. I am happy to hangout with kids of any age! And I am very open to helping out with any errands or cleaning and cooking around the house if needed.
