I have extensive experience working with kids and have loved every second of it! I am currently a Waldorf Kindergarten Teacher for the school year and have worked at Thorne Nature experience in Boulder this past summer/fall. I have worked a surf camp for ages 5-15 the last three summers, last year spent 5 months as personal tutor and nanny to two children, and then this past year I worked at an environmental education program on Catalina island, working with groups of ages 10-18. I love to help kids foster their love of nature, engage in imaginative play, tell stories, play music and dance, and support them with social and emotional skills. I am happy to hangout with kids of any age! And I am very open to helping out with any errands or cleaning and cooking around the house if needed. Rowan watches our son weekly and it is one of his favorite times of the week. Our son is always excited when Rowan picks him up from school. They always have the best time and Rowan even plays guitar for him. He knows how to let a child thrive by guiding them through their natural exploration of the world and having fun alongside them. He is dependable, easy going and absolutely wonderful with children. We are so lucky to have him. Children absolutely love him and so do the parents!
