As a new mom with anxiety about returning back to work, Rossana has brought me great peace of mind. She is truly so kind and has a genuine passion for nurturing. She engages with our 18 month old daughter through singing, reading, imaginative play, doing crafts, practicing counting and letters or playing outside. Our daughter absolute adores her. Rossana sends me updates throughout the day but prioritizes our daughter by staying off the phone when she at our home. She is punctual and communicative and has helped us in a pinch outside of her regular schedule several times. We are so grateful to have found her and if we weren’t moving out of state we would have continued the relationship for years to come.
