My approach is patient, friendly, and professional, always detail-oriented. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning their preferences and personal history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with compassion. I provide respite care, live-in care, transportation, and personal care, among other services. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, following their preferred method.
