We hired Rosie as a full-time nanny for our ~6 month old daughter and for occasional care of our 4 year old. We needed a nanny for just over a year before our baby girl would start preschool. We fell in love with Rosie right away and every month closer we got to 18 months was harder and harder. She was such a blessing on our household and we still stay in touch as friends. In addition to her natural loving temperament and easy way with children, Rosie has unwavering consistency in temperament and routine - which our child thrived under. Rosie is also playful and fun-loving at the same time. I work from home and would walk out of my office and catch her and my baby dancing to salsa music, or giggling on a blanket, or tossing a ball back and forth. Meal times were always on time, and Rosie had patience and experience with food training that we learned from. Our second child was such a picky eater versus our second. Rosie had so many tricks for everything from organizing the nursery to sleep training. There are still remnants of Rosie at our home - because we ALL benefitted from her care. We cannot say enough about Rosie and her love for children. She is honest, loyal and trustworthy. And she is healthy. Rosie never called out sick except one time when OUR family gave her a stomach virus and she was back on duty Monday morning. We trusted Rosie to drive our kids, and she never text & drove and always told us where she was going. I could go on and on. If you have the opportunity to hire Rosie, TAKE IT, she won't last on here long.
