I have 9 yrs of experience with all ages. Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. Schools helped to manage different behaviors calmly, encourage positive interactions, and maintain routines. As a nanny I plan activities, support development through play, fun, learning. CPR/First Aid/ EEC certified. I value communication with parents to ensure they are receiving the best care. I'd describe my personality as calm, positive, and supportive.
