About Rose

I'd describe my personality as calm, gentle and friendly. I like caring for seniors because they deserve to be loved and treated with kindness and respect in their old age. I love listening to stories of their younger years because I often get inspired by the sacrifices they made for us to be where we are today. I've interacted with amazing people over the years who've touched my life in a special way. I started caring for seniors when my younger brother told me about an elderly lady who was lonely and needed friends. We told our mum about her and she let us cook food and take to her. I later got training as a nurse aide to better serve the elderly with different conditions. I've worked primarily with people with dementia/Alzheimer's, those on hospice care, palliative care, those who need companion care as well as running errands. I've worked as an aide for 8 years. One thing you should know about me is I am honest and straightforward in my dealings. I look for the same in families.
