About Rosenadette

Hi! :) My name is Rose. I am 23 years old and I work for MCPS at Rock View Elementary School as a para educator. This was my last school year and going back to nannying full time. I've been working with children as young a a newborn to the age of 13. I started babysitting, nannying and tutoring kids in the Franklin Knolls neighborhood, which is where I grew up. Over the last few years, I've gained so much experience working kids. I've worked with all ages from infants to children in middle school whether it was in a classroom setting or at home. In high school I was in Child Development for four years. By taking that course, I gained psychological knowledge to better understand the mental and physical aspect of children. In my free time I like to read, cook, and dance. If it's nice out, I always like to take the kids outside because 30 minutes of outdoors makes a huge difference in the development of children.
