I hired Rose at a specific wage after explaining the job to her in detail. She was to be here for at least 2 hours, 3 times a week. More time was fine if needed. On her third day she tried to get me to pay her $10 more/hr to do a “deep clean” monthly. It was just regular cleaning needing to be done, no heavy lifting. When I said no she finished her day but agreed to work the next week while I found someone else. She did not come and she ghosted me not answering any texts. Not professional.
