About Rosemitha

My name is Rose. I have 9 months of experience in ABA as an RBT (registered behavior technician). During this position, I learned a lot about ASD, how to implement appropriate reward and punishment, and most importantly, how to deal with problem behavior. With a 3-year-old niece and my current position working in an elementary school I have learned to generalize this experience with atypical and neurotypical kids alike. I am a natural caretaker at heart. I've always loved kids and have an abundant amount of patience and understanding for these little humans who are trying to make sense of themselves and the new world around them. My philosophy with kids is safety first and that any moment can be a teaching moment. I do not drive however I am very familiar with the Cambridge area and public transit. I am more than comfortable with running errands, grocery shopping and light housekeeping/laundry. I take COVID precautions very seriously and I am fully vaccinated.
