I cannot recommend Rose highly enough. As our STNA for the last 3.5 years, she proved herself to be the most dependable caregiver we have worked with … and that’s saying a lot because we have employed caregivers the last 10 years. She is truly caring and treats her clients like family, always prioritizing their dignity. Rose is highly knowledgeable and confident in her duties, often catching small health changes before they became big issues. She routinely went above and beyond, such as when she provided 24 hour care after each hospital visit my father had just to make certain he was fine. Her compassion and expertise made a difficult time much easier for our family. She even came in on her day off to say good-bye to my father as he was actively dying. He rewarded her with a huge smile to thank her for making his last years comfortable and healthy. We felt incredibly blessed to have her. She is a rare find.
