I am a highly skilled special needs child caretaker, Paraprofessional and Doula. For over 10 years I have had the pleasure of working with a range of ages and abilities in special needs capacity. I am passionate about supporting people to thrive. I have extensive experience across the life cycle serving toddlers; school aged youth, teens, young adults, and seniors. I am especially skilled and moved to support people with different abilities. I have a wide range of behavioral, educational, and communication skills in relation to individuals and children diagnosed with autism, cerebral palsy, Down's syndrome and other intellectual and developmental disabilities. I am an experienced art teacher for children and teens with special needs. I have also worked extensively with teens and children to develop social-emotional awareness through the arts, movement, and mindfulness practices such as yoga.
