About Rose

Hello - I'm a nurturing, experienced caregiver and trained doula. My work is rooted in attunement, calm presence, and deep respect for a baby's nervous system. I'm especially drawn to the earliest months of life, when feeling safe, seen, and gently supported lays the foundation for everything that follows. I'm comfortable with feeding rhythms, sleep support, soothing, and the many subtle transitions of newborn care. I also bring a creative and observant approach to caregiving. As children grow into the toddler years, I pay close attention to the somatic and behavioral aspects of development - how feelings show up in the body, how movement, rhythm, and play support regulation, and how gentle structure helps toddlers feel secure. I enjoy offering developmentally appropriate play, sensory exploration, and emotional co-regulation rather than behavior management alone.
