Rose was hired to each my child in the mornings and afternoon before and after school. 3 days before her start date I reached out to see if she could start a day earlier. She replied stating that she had an appointment and asked me the time. I gave her the time I needed her to come, and that was the last time I heard from her. I reached out again the day she originally was supposed to start. I sent three messages and also called twice with no response in my phone calls going straight to voicemail. She never showed up the morning. She was supposed to start which left me with no childcare for my child and me having to take off from work using time I don’t have. This was very unprofessional and inconvenient. If there was a problem with schedules or anything, she could’ve reached out and let me know so I could find other childcare for my kid.
