Rosa has been our full-time nanny for two years in two share-care situations. She started nannying for us in 2013 when my son was 2 (with another child from another family, same age as our son) until he went to preschool in May of 2014. We had our daughter in December of 2013 and Rosa was our son and daughter's nanny until May 2014 when our son went to preschool and another child the same age as our daughter joined our share-care. Rosa is dependable, trustworthy, kind, nurturing, positive, communicative, fun, engaging and adaptable. The kids absolutely adore her. Daily she takes the kids to parks, museums, story time, music class. Rosa keeps the kids on a consistent routine which the kids thrive on. She speaks Spanish almost exclusively with the children (at our request), but her English speaking is excellent. We are very sad to let her go, but we decided to put out daughter in the same preschool as her older brother. I highly recommend her and would absolutely work with her again.
