Rosa was essential in our family. We first obtained her services with our daughter (now 6) and then with our son (now 3). She was reliable and caring in taking care of our children. Always talking things out with them, helping them deal with the challenges that might sometimes seem overwhelming to a child, but are not. Basically all one could ask for. She kept up and motivated the children to be active and enjoy activities outside and foster good play. Especially when watching our rambunctious 3 year old boy, that really helped to get his energy out. Similarly she often encouraged our daughter to further her art skills that she enjoyed, and fostered her curiosity. Similarly, we especially enjoyed her fostering a bi-lingual capacity with our kids. In her duties she was always prompt and timely. And with a little coordination ahead of time she was extremely flexible when the occasional work conflict changed our needs for child care extemporaneously. There was many times that Rosa stepped in over and above to help us out due to life surprises. She was a life saver when she was able to accommodate last minute requests when we needed that extra support. If she could accommodate it, she would. As the kids are moving on to full time school, we will still look forward to retaining her services on the occasions we need it, though they'll be more infrequent. Our kids will certainly miss the recurring days when she was taking care of them. I highly recommend her services.
