I hired Rosario for cleaning services, but from the beginning, there were issues. She always pleaded for loans and payments in advance due to personal financial concerns. She was consistently late, often changed her schedule at the last minute, and When I declined to provide an additional $1,000 in advance, she didn’t show up for her cleaning session I had already prepaid for. Despite multiple requests, I am still waiting for a refund of the last prepaid session. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing, and I would advise others to proceed with caution.
