I instruct and assist children in the development of health and personal habits, such as eating, resting, and toilet behavior. I perform first aid or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) when required. I regulate children's rest periods and nap schedules. I organize and conduct age-appropriate recreational activities, such as games, sports, walks, and play dates. We hired Rosa to be our nanny to my daughter. She was with us for just over a year and I cannot recommend her enough. She's punctual, honest and incredibly LOVING and caring with children. She took special care to really build a strong bond with my daughter - who was not always the easiest little one to care for. :) Rosa is patient with both child AND parents...for us it was a huge deal to leave our child with someone and she eased all of our fears. She goes above and beyond the regular 'job' of a 'nanny'. She quickly became an incredibly important part of our family, so much so that it was heartbreaking to stop working with her. We moved, which is the only reason we made any changes. Otherwise, Rosa would have been our nanny for many years to come! Rosa is a diamond in the rough and any family that works with her is incredibly lucky to do so.
