About Rosan

I'd describe my personality as organized, responsible, and caring. Kids have incredible minds and deserve to be around energy that'll help them thrive mentally in the future. If any parent is busy or needs someone to watch after their kids during busy hours w. o stress- I would love to watch them and provide them any care that is necessary. started working with kids when I was in high school as a camp counselor at my theatre I would attend and was I volunteer at LAAS in West La and volunteer with different organizations to help the more vulnerable populations of LA. I will always be very communicative and come in with a positive attitude towards your family and your child. I think creatively in order to keep kids engaged and also learning, problem solving skills - navigating any issues or conflicts that can arise and finding a common ground. I am compassionate and have empathy for your kids and your well being and want to find ways to make your lives easier.
