Hi Families! My name is Rosangela but you can call me Rosie. I'm 27 years old and I have been working with kids for almost 5 years, from 3 mos to 13 yrs old. I worked as an English teacher back home, I did volunteer in a daycare, I've worked with an autistic kid and I worked a year with a family. I'm very responsible, caring, and respectful. I love to read, have quality time with children, and keep them engaged with activities. I'm also a native Spanish speaker. I like working with kids because I like to see them grow. Part of that is helping children with their behavior. They have such a pure and innocent love that, as an adult, I learn a lot from them. Since I started working with kids, I love the relationship that I developed with them. I also love serving in my church community, I love outdoors activities like hiking and working out, and I love reading. I'm certified CPR First aid kit I can provide you with references upon request!

Rosangela "Rosie" has been a dedicated, playful, and caring sitter for my child. She is soft spoken and follows my child's flow on playing (he is on the lower end of the Autism spectrum), but she does try to bring up other important activities for him like writing and playing outdoors so he can broaden his interests. It was thanks to Rosie that my child learned how to overcome his fear of heights and climbed on the big kids section of the playground. She also wants to tutor him and help him with his writing (fine motor) skills, and he loves to read books with Rosie. She has been with our family for two months this Fall. We would be happy to continue having her care for our child but understand she is looking for increased hours at a more convenient location.
