About Rosa

My first teacher was my grandmother so I bring a compassionate and patient approach to caregiving my elders. My upbringing has instilled in me a unending admiration for our seniors and the importance of their safety and well-being. I am adept at de-escalating stressful situations, handling fuge, confusion or behavioral changes, skills honed through caring for my own grandmother. I communicate with families using their preferred method, and grow connections that respect each individual's confidence both ways. I have my BS undergrad is Chemistry and some graduate study in CE. I am a true Sci-Fi nerd, who indulges in an abundance of BBC Masterpiece Theater, lol. I provide transportation, run errands, light housekeeping, meals prep and mobility assistance. Pets are no problem. I am partial to cats but please do not tell my canine nephew, he is a real sweetie. Ultimately, I strive to make a positive impact on the lives of those I care for, and I hope to bring that to your family.
