Rosa has cared for my three children ages 5, 3, and 1 since my oldest was born. She is truly part of our family at this point. A few things about her: 1) She is EXTREMELY loving and our kids adore her. She will treat your baby as if he/she were her own. 2) She is incredibly reliable, is never late, and has barely taken any sick days in 5 years of working for us. 3) She is so attentive to the kids and is literally never on her phone (which I find is so rare). I completely trust their safety with her - even as they navigate the city on public transportation. 4) She keeps our home spotless and will vacuum and do laundry without even being asked.
