Roz has the best personality! She works with my parents and even won my dad over…which is not an easy thing to do! She has been able to keep them on schedule and keeps me informed of what is going on. While my parents are still able to get around, she is able to ensure they are getting to appointments, making sure I know about bills or transactions they are considering to ensure no one is taking advantage of them. Just giving me a great piece of mind!
