Rosalie came as a referral and in a short time was able to connect with our elder with dementia very easily. It can take time to get up to speed with caring for someone with such needs but Rosalie is a pro. She was even able to build enough trust that she was able to bathe our elder from day 1 (which is quite difficult!) She is kind, loving, patient, and very organized and precise with how she handles her clients. We are so grateful for her and her experience and will certainly work with her again when we need the extra support.
