About Rosa
Experience: 8 yrs
I have been working with youth age 5-14 for 8 years in public schools, summer programs, and as a babysitter. I have experience working with youth of all backgrounds including youth in foster care and high needs youth. In public schools in Madison, WI, and Portland, OR, I have worked as an assistant summer school teacher, a summer and after school program leader, and one on one as a mentor and tutor. This past month as a sewing instructor at a summer camp in Philadelphia. I love to work on creative projects with kids, and have taught zine making, sewing, and beading in the past. As a recent graduate from Reed college I also am able to help with math up to Algebra 2, essay writing, and SAT prep.
