As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with six years in the field, I'm passionate about supporting families by providing a reliable and nurturing environment for their children. My calm and friendly demeanor, coupled with my strong communication skills, allows me to build trusting relationships with both children and parents. I believe in open communication and regularly update parents on their child's day, using their preferred method of contact. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I find a balanced approach works best. I gently remind children of the rules and redirect their behavior positively. As for activities, I enjoy engaging children in a variety of games, from educational games that promote learning to technology-based games and apps. I hold a college degree and am fluent in both English and Spanish. While I'm happy to assist with light housekeeping tasks, my priority remains ensuring the well-being and happiness of the children in my care.
