Rosa is exceptional. She communicates clearly, asks great questions, is kind and personable, and above all is excellent with kids - particularly our 3 year old and 5 month old boys. She immediately connected with my toddler and was engaged with him - playing cars and teaching him letters and numbers. And she was completely in her element caring for our infant son - you could tell she genuinely loves babies and has a wealth of knowledge. Highly recommend!
