Rosa is incredibly reliable, mature, flexible, and a great communicator. She is loving and caring and our kids adore her and consider her part of our family. She is wonderful with both our 2yo and our 7yo and has done pickups and dropoffs, bedtimes, and weekends. She is always proactive in figuring out how to support our family and I don't know what we would do without her!
