To know Rosann, is to love her. She is one of those people. She is kind, patient, reliable, flexible and quite honestly - a truly good, decent and genuine human being. Being a mom of two boys, she was right at home with our son - he loved being with her and we felt truly grateful to have her. My neighbors and other moms at school would all comment about how wonderful she was. We've actually hired her twice! Unfortunately both jobs did not work out for me and I resigned but she would be my first call (again) if/when I took another position.
